Our story
From a single Sri Lankan company to thirteen markets
The company
Agro Tech Lanka Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a Sri Lankan company founded by Keshana Samarakoon and Dr. Dharshika Welikala. We manufacture premium quality herbal teas, value-added tea products, herbal products, spices, and dehydrated foods.
Our journey began in 2019, and today the holding company operates two subsidiaries: Ceylon Tea Culture (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka, and Ceylon Foods Ltd in New Zealand, established in 2022 to handle imports and distribution across Oceania.
The brand
The Ceylon Tea Culture name was established in 2019 and registered as Ceylon Tea Culture (Pvt) Ltd in 2022, with a single purpose: to bring innovative, diversified herbal tea remedies to the world under a Sri Lankan brand. We deliver premium products with a commitment to sustainable practices, protecting nature and the value of our culture.
Our farmers
Our suppliers are spread across Sri Lanka. We have established our own farmer groups and work closely with traditional farmers, improving both the quality of their produce and the quality of their livelihoods.
